As a customer service employee with us, you work with incoming calls, chat and mail, where you handle cases concerning credit, bank cards, invoice issues, payments and more. You will primarily work towards the Finnish market.
– Finnish fluency in speech and writing
– Has preferably experience of the service industry
– Is responsible, responsive and likes working towards set goals
