Are you a positive person with an interest in finance and sales? Sambla is growing rapidly and is now looking for new additions where you initially join the junior Advisory Team, which today consists of about 10 employees. The role of Sambla is proven to be a unique opportunity to develop and climb quickly.
As a junior advisor at Sambla, you manage contact with potential and existing Finnish customers with private loans and help them throughout the process to a better loan situation. You will, with time, gain a good understanding of loan brokerage and the meaning of sales via telephone, as this is your main tool. The intention with the role is that you should be able to climb further within the company to further more senior roles within 1-2 years.
You as a person are outgoing and like to take on new challenges, you like to work in a social and result-oriented environment with a like-minded team where you work towards personal goals, but also goals that are set up for the whole group.
In order to succeed in the role, you should be focused and effective in your work methods and enjoy working independently with much responsibility. You should be flexible while driving and wanting to develop your career. You have experience of managing several projects at the same time, are solution-oriented and have a high level of commitment to achieve the desired result. If you have worked with sales or finance-oriented tasks before, it is merit, but not a requirement.

Who we are looking for

Initially during your employment you will receive a thorough training in sales and customer management in our handling. This will give you excellent knowledge for the upcoming work in our junior consulting and prepare you for your upcoming, more detailed work with customers.
For example, you will:
– Get registered at Finansinspektionen
– Go through internal training for financial advice
– Test selling in different departments
– Undergo training that includes practical and theoretical learning and exam
– Upon completing the exam, manage your own calendar and customer stock
Full-time service in 40 hours / week. During the training, fixed salary is obtained for training hours and commission pay starts when you are working as an officer. Upon completion of the trainee program, a generous performance-based provision is obtained based on your performance as Advisor and basic salary.
