In the role of Customer Service Specialist, you will join the Consumer Finance department, where we work on issues related to loans, credits and savings accounts for private individuals. Your duties will consist of customer contact over the telephone and e-mail where you handle incoming matters from our existing customers, but also help those people who want to become a customer with us.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you are part of a team of six people where your inputs are incredibly important in the team’s development and improvement work.
We are looking for you who is service oriented, accurate and flexible. For this role, it is for sure your lovely personality that is most important. 😊
The phone is your main tool, so we are looking for you who are driven by good customer service.
In addition, you need a high school diploma, speak fluent Finnish and Swedish and have very good knowledge of English, both in speech and writing.
