As a customer service employee at Vårdväskan you work with customer service towards the Finnish market. Your main job will be to handle incoming matters via phone, chat and email. The service also includes active work with our Finnish site where you will be given the task of translating product texts and otherwise make sure that we stay updated with our Finnish customers. If you feel confident with sales, it is a big plus as it will also be on your table to be the contact person for our Finnish B2B companies.

-Fluent Finnish in speech and writing
-Very good knowledge of Swedish and / or English
-Has good computer experience
-Previous experience in service related profession
-Have previous experience working in business systems
