You will work with customer service for the Nordic market but with a focus on our Finnish customers. You are the one that customers and our sales people contact when they need help with questions about our products, guarantees and other order matters. You are part of a team of 8 people in the Customer Center department. In this role, the closest collaboration takes place with colleagues in the department, our sales staff and our delivery department.
- Manage cases from customers via mail, chatt and telephone
- Answer simple questions from both private and corporate customers, as well as the internal sales department
You are part of a team of 6 people at Service and Support, which in turn is part of the department: Aftermarket, where there is a total of 15 employees today. In this role, the closest collaboration takes place with the colleagues in the Aftermarket department, the sales staff and te delivery department.
To thrive in this role, you are a person who is social, helpful and loves to give customers the best possible treatment and service. You are self-motivated, quick-witted and take cooperation for granted in your daily work. We also see that you are confident in acting according to your own decisions, careful and committed to your work. We believe that you have a good ability to prioritize and structure your work. You have an interest in computers and their functions and above all also have a curiosity to learn more!
- Fluent Swedish, English and Finnish, in speech and writing
- Previous experience working with customer service and telephone management
-Experience of working within the Kundo system.
