Description

Are you a positive and helpful person who is most comfortable in a role where you get to work with different tasks? We are now looking for an ambitious Finnish-speaking Back-office / inside sales person, to Inrego’s “private” department for the Swedish and Finnish markets. The service is a temporary agency that runs until 31 January 2021.

To do's

Besides the above descrition, you will guide both private and corporate customers in their choice of refurbished IT equipment and perform administrative work on business systems and in the webshop.

Here are some areas of responsibility:

– Manage incoming calls and e-mail requests, both support cases and pre-purchase questions. In Swedish and Finnish.

– Order-handling and other administrative tasks

– Translation and writing of texts in Finnish

– Close collaboration with webshop-manager

– Administratively support the sales-personel and sales-managers if needed

At Inrego’s sales department, you become part of a team of 12 people who work together towards set goals and by providing our end-users with the best possible service.

Qualifications

– Responsible, flexible and social

– Administratively accurate with good computer experience of Microsoft Office package

– Fluent knowledge of Finnish and Swedish, in both speech and writing

– Good knowledge in English

– Knowledge of IT and technology is a merit
