Customer Operations Finland is responsible for the entire customer process for our Finnish customers, from boarding a new customer and then for the entire customer life cycle. As a Customer Advisor, you will work with both service and additional sales of loans and insurance, via telephone and mail. You will switch between receiving calls and calling out to existing customers to see if we can help them further. Each morning starts with a start-up meeting and together with your colleagues you work towards daily goals. With the help of need-based and solution-oriented dialogue, you work together with the customer to determine if and what needs exist and ensure that we grant loans in a responsible manner. This is customer service at its best: winwin.
In addition to looking for a lovely and positive colleague who is obviously comfortable with the phone as a working tool, we also see that you:
– Completed high school education.
– Speaks and writes Finnish fluently.
Following is a merit but not a requirement:
– Experience from banking / finance companies in a previous role.
– Experience of working with credit assessment.
– Experience from any type of sales.
