Scania Assistance calls our Scania customers when something unforeseen has happened that requires a quick response from one of our workshops around Europe. In Europe, there are 6 Assistance Center strategically located and in Södertälje there is our Assistance Center for Northern Europe. In Södertälje, we are 15 people, of which 10 are service coordinators. We are a positive team with colleagues both nationally and internationally.

One of the most important assignments Scania Assistance has is to help distressed Scania customers to get the vehicle back into traffic as quickly as possible. We are daily thrown into the customers' reality and an important reason why customers choose Scania time after time. As a service coordinator, you work via telephone and email to coordinate information and activities between workshops and customers. Scania Assistance is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the work is placed in 5 shifts.

Your Profile

You have a high school education, preferably with a technical focus. It is a requirement that you have good knowledge of Swedish, Finnish and English in both speech and writing. The fact that you understand telephone and writing in Danish and Norwegian is a merit. You will work in our case management system and in Microsoft Office, which is why you need a good PC habit.

As a person, you are service-oriented, communicative, structured and quality conscious. You have the ability to solve problems for customers independently, but also in collaboration with others. All incoming matters are the group's shared responsibility to handle, which requires flexibility and good collaboration. Several cases are handled in parallel and periodically many calls are received in succession, which is why you have to thrive in that type of work environment.

It is a merit if you are technically interested and we would love to know about Scania's products and / or the transport industry. If you also have a positive attitude and appreciate working in a welded team, you have found the right one.
